SOS: Save Our Steinway becomes SOS: Ship Our Steinway!!!
Three years ago, April 27, 2014, on a stormy Sunday afternoon, a group of people met at the Bates County Museum. Museum Director Peggy Buhr had organized the meeting to present a proposal and hope to receive community support. The Museum proposed having their 1879 Steinway Centennial Model B Grand Piano restored.
