Prom-a-Palooza In Osceola   Prom-a-Palooza 2017 is set for March 18 at the Osceola Assembly of God Church north of Osceola on highway 13. The Prom-a-Palooza day will begin at 9:15 am with a continental breakfast and introductions, followed by dress selections and simple alterations.
