The Bates County Commission has put in place a purchase contract with the owner of Butler Music to purchase the building and parking area located at the corners of Dakota and Delaware Streets in Butler.
The Commission is working to provide an adequate area within the Courthouse to house the court system needed both at this time and into the future.
