Pool Pal Passes Fully Funded & The Butler Aquatic Center Will Offer Swimming Lessons! The Bates County Youth Advocacy Center is proud to announce that the Pool Pal Passes are completely funded. Recently we reached out to the community to help send 93 children to the Butler Swimming Pool this summer, and the community responded!
