Thank You Note From The Bates County Youth Advocacy Chairman Lynne McLain Bates County citizens have given 105 children, as part of the BCYAC Pool Pals program, the opportunity to spend the summer at the Butler Aquatic Center.  The community has been so generous to the children of Bates County.
