2017 Bates County Fair Bates County Coroner Participates in Emergency Management’s Exercise Bates County Coroner Greg Mullinax will be participating in the Office of Emergency Management’s Exercise at the Fair. Greg will be on scene on Thursday, July 13th from 8AM to Noon.
