2017 Bates County Fair Parade Route The Bates County Fair Parade Route has been released! The Bates County Fair Parade will be Tuesday July 11th the theme is “Country Roots & Cowboy Boots”! The Parade will leave the fairgrounds at 5:30PM travel up Nursery Street to Delaware Street.
