2017 Bates County Fair Parade Route – Landmark Based The Bates County Fair Parade will leave the fairgrounds at 5:30PM on Nursery Street and head left toward Delaware Street. They will turn at the Nazarene Church onto Delaware Street and go past Butler Rural Housing and the Butler Public Library toward Fort Scott Street.
