2017 Bates County Fair Queen Candidate Spotlight/Kenzie Wheatley
The Bates County Fair dates have been set for July 11th through July 15th at the Bates County Fair Grounds in Butler. The Bates County Fair Royalty has been announced.
Today we would like to spotlight 2017 Bates County Fair Queen Candidate Kenzie Wheatley.
Kenzie Wheatley is the daughter of Jerret and Brandy Wheatley and the granddaughter of Jim and Jan Wheatley.
