St. Clair County Sheriff's Office Press Releases/February 12-19 Warrant Arrests Tammy Hiller: On February 18th Tammy Hiller, age 50 and of Lowry City, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a Jackson County warrant charging her with Felony D Possession of a Controlled Substance.
