Butler: Proclamation from Mayor Don Malan retiring badge #232 from the Butler Fire Department in memory of their departed brother, Roger Cecil who passed away December 16, 2016.
The Badge was presented to his wife, Brenda (also one of Butler's Firefighters) at the City Council meeting on January 17, 2017.
