Mo-Dot Reschedules the High-Crash Public Meeting Lowry City – A public meeting seeking input on safety improvements to high-crash intersections along Missouri Route 13 between Clinton and Springfield is rescheduled for January 26 in Lowry City, the Missouri Department of Transportation said.
