Rich Hill Youth Development Center Selling Firestone Tire Raffle Tickets as Fund Raiser for the Center The Rich Hill Youth Development Center is selling Firestone Tire raffle tickets as a fund raiser for the needs of the center. There are 300 tickets available, as of January 4th  ,  55 tickets have been sold, generating $275.00 in donations for the center. Raffle tickets are $5.00.
