Bates County Sheriff Trespassing Arrest
On April 5th a Deputy responded to county road 12004 in reference to trespassing.
The Deputy met with the landowner and another male, Billy Miller (DOB 8/31/1960), who was being accused of trespassing. The landowner stated that he has had logs and other items stolen from his property in the past so he put up No Trespassing signs.
