Cass County Victim Found in field Identified ( CASS CO – The Cass County Sheriff’s Office has identified the body of a male found in a farm field near E. 278th and State Route DD as Vincent J. Royal 36, of Independence, Missouri. Investigators believe that Mr. Royal was an occupant in a vehicle that fled from deputies on April 4, 2017.
