Butler Police Department Press Release Butler Police Department On 04/07/2017 Butler Officers stopped 35-year-old Shannon Brooks for speeding at the Corner of Delaware and Ft Scott streets.  After contacting Brooks, the driver, they asked him to perform standard field sobriety tests.  During the test Brooks attempted to flee on foot and after officers deployed the taser, Brooks continued to resist arrest.http://921news.com/butler-police-department-press-release/
