Vernon County Sheriff's Office : Wanted fugitive captured in building near Nevada School   Brenden M Loveall, 18, of Nevada, who was wanted on a felony warrant for failure to appear on charges of Sexual Misconduct Or Attempt Involving A Child Under 15, was arrested by Sheriff’s Office personnel in a building near Truman Elementary Monday afternoon.
