Pool Pal Drive for Butler Update : Final 29 Passes Needed for 2017 Swimming Season Donations are coming in for the 2017 Bates County Youth Advocacy Pool Passes. 93  passes were needed for children that applied for the summer swimming season. As of May 2nd,  the Bates County Youth Advocacy needs a final $1940 dollars to cover the final 29 passes for the 2017 season. Donations in any amount may be sent to B.C.Y.A.C   P.O.
