Red Cross Opens Shelters in Franklin and Perry Counties Additional 12 shelters on standby
ST. LOUIS, MO, Saturday, April 29, 2017 — The American Red Cross of Eastern Missouri has opened a shelter in Perry County in advance of expected flooding in the small community of Lithium, 70 miles south of St. Louis.
