Bates County Fair Little Miss and Little Mr. Bates County Registration Available The deadline to register your candidate for the title of Little Miss and Little Mr. Bates County is June 9th. Little Miss and Little Mr. Bates County will be crowned during the Bash on Tuesday July 11th. Entry fees are set at $5 per child.
