Butler Police Conduct a Traffic Stop and Make an Arrest
On 08/21/2017, at approximately 0450 hours, Butler Police conducted a vehicle stop in the 400 block of Fran Ave. During the car stop Butler Officers observed a plastic bag containing a crystal like substance believed to be methamphetamine. After conducting a vehicle search officers located another plastic bag containing a crystal like substance.
