St. Clair County Sheriff's Report: Possession of Controlled Substance   In news from St Clair County .  On Aug. 23, Steven  Wilson, 37,Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with a class C felony possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana, class A misdemeanor possession of up to 35 grams marijuana, and a class A misdemeanor unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
