St. Clair County Arrest
Russell Morris- On Sept. 26, Russell Morris, 18, Rich Hill, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a class A misdemeanor for violating an order of protection.
A St. Clair County deputy was advised to respond to W. Fourth St. in Appleton City in reference to an order of protection violation. Morris was asked about his protection order and was told to leave by the deputy.
