Missouri Department of Conservation Offices and Nature Centers Closed Friday November 10th JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) offices and nature centers will be closed Friday, Nov. 10, in honor of Veterans Day. MDC shooting ranges will be open, including staffed ranges.
