BATES COUNTY, Mo – On September 7, 2014 the Bates County Sheriff’s Office and the Missouri Highway Patrol executed a search warrant at 14989 NW County Road 221, Archie Mo, 64725.
Law enforcement located on the above mentioned property a 2008 Ford F250 Regency truck stolen from Overland Park Kansas in June 2014. Bates County Detectives also collected multiple firearms from a trailer located on the property.
One of the firearms had the serial numbers removed. The Bates County Sheriff’s office will be working closely with The ATF in reference to this case.
One male suspect was arrested. Suspects name will be released at a later date. Charges are pending.
