Find Fun at The 45th McGuinnes Youth Center Barbecue and Auction

The 45th Annual McGennis Youth Center Barbecue and Auction will be held on Sunday, September 28th.



Children’s games will begin at 12:30pm with all classic country picnic contest. There will be horse-drawn wagon rides provided throughout the afternoon.


Lunch will begin at 1pm catered by Neil Steiner of Flaming Lantern. Everyone is invited to bring along a cake for the dessert table and any extra cakes will be auctioned off.


The auction will begin at 1:45 with the Mad Hatter featuring ten McGennis Youth Center caps donated by Bell Photography. Each numbered cap will be auctioned off. At the end of the auction, one number will be drawn and that winning number will win a Marlin bold action .22 mag rifle.


Also auctioned off will be a diamond necklace designed by Schlyer Designs as well as a picnic table made by the boys and staff of the Rich Hill Youth Development Center.

Admission is just $9 for adults and $4 for children ages 6-12.


From Rich Hill, the McGennis Youth Center is located five miles west on A Highway and four miles south on WW Highway.
