BATES COUNTY, Mo – By order of the Bates County Commission, all County flags shall be flown at half-staff in memory of Randy Pike, 126th State Representative and former Bates County Northern Commissioner from 1:00 p.m. September 22, 2014 until 1:00 p.m. on September 25, 2014.
The Commission requests all other flags within Bates County to follow this order.
