Bates County Memorial Hospital Employee of the Year for 2017 Pam Watts was recognized as the 2017 Bates County Memorial Hospital Employee of the Year at the Bates County Memorial Hospital Awards Banquet on December 21, 2017. Pam began her employment in June of 2000 in the Home Care Department.
