Rich Hill Fire Dept. Announces Rich Hill Water Restored The Rich Hill Fire Dept. has announced that water has been restored in Rich Hill. You will notice a decrease in water pressure. This is due to filling the water system back up. Rich Hill does remain under a Boil Water Advisory until further notice. Water started being distributed to residents who need drinking water, due to the Boil Water Advisory, at City Hall.
