Butler City Council News Butler City Council meetings are held the first and third Tuesday of each month. Tuesdays Butler City Council meeting opened with the approval of minutes, bills and travel requests. Scheduled guests were Kristi Pfleiderer with Kaysinger Basin Regional Planning Commission.
