St. Clair County Sheriff's Office Press Releases/February 5-12 Brandon Ketterman: On February 8th Brandon Ketterman, age 46 and of Osceola, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a Henry County warrant for failing to appear in court on a Class C Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and a Class A Misdemeanor of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
