St. Clair County Sheriff's Office Press Release/April 1-13 Warrant Arrests Gary Carpenter: On April 12th Gary Carpenter, age 60 and of Nevada, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a Class E Felony Driving While Intoxicated as a Persistent Offender. This is a 24 hour hold pending formal charges.
