Bates County Storm Spotter Class February 22nd in Butler STORM SPOTTER CLASS FEBRUARY 22ND The Office of Bates County Emergency Management and the National Weather Service will present the Bates County Storm Spotter Class at the Butler High School Auditorium on February 22nd. The class will start at 7:00 pm and is offered at no charge to the general public.
