Boy Scout Troop #238 Serves Breakfast at Adrian Business Expo Boy Scout Troop #238 will be set up on the South side of the Adrian Optimist Building at 6:00 a.m. serving an all you can eat pancake breakfast during the 7th Annual Adrian Business Expo March 4th.
