The City of Butler Is Banning All Outside Burning Until Further Notice   No burning permits will be issued for the City of Butler until further notice. As dry weather continues The Butler Fire Department is asking that everyone refrain from conducting any outside burning. Over the next few days the temperatures will continue to rise and the humidity will drop.
