Bates County Prosecuting Attorney Press Release: Charles Westmorland Jr. Probation Revoked
In February of 2017, Judge Jim Journey sentenced Westmoreland to 7 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections. Judge Journey suspended that sentence and Westmoreland was placed on probation.
On July 23, 2017 Westmoreland was caught again with a controlled substance which violated the conditions of his probation.
