Bates County Prosecuting Attorney Press Release
December 18, 2017 was Law Day at the Bates County Courthouse. Prosecuting Attorney Hugh C. Jenkins represented the State of Missouri in 157 cases at the proceedings on that day.
In cases of note Rachelle Mallatt pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property. Judge Journey handed down a 1-year suspended execution of sentence with two years supervised probation.
