Butler Police Respond to a " Shots Fired " Call BUTLER POLICE DEPARTMENT On 12/20/2017 Butler Officers were dispatched to a "shots fired"  call in the 400 block of East Pine.  Kelvin Brown Jr advised officers that his uncle Mark Brown had shot the front of his house and quickly drove away.  Officers were also advised that there were 3 adults and 1 juvenile inside the residence when the shooting occurred.http://921news.com/butler-police-respond-to-a-shots-fired-call/
