Rich Hill Police Make Traffic Stop and Drug Arrests On 11/24/2017 Rich Hill Officer observed a vehicle failing to maintain lane by crossing over the center lane on Walnut St. The Officer conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle for the violation at Walnut and 2nd St. Officer then made contact with the driver and advising her for the reason for the traffic stop.
