September 18th is Law Day at the Bates County Courthouse. 27th Circuit Judge James Journey will preside over the day’s proceedings.
150 cases are on the docket for September 18th and final motions will be heard on Jury Trial Docket for the week of September 25th to September 29th. Two trials are scheduled for that week as well including Kenneth Foster and Mark Plumb.
