Rich Hill Police Department Press Release: Stabbing in Rich Hill On December 17, 2017 at approximately 2:19pm the Bates County Sheriff’s Office and the Missouri State Highway Patrol assisted the Rich Hill Police Department in responding to the report of a stabbing in the 700 block of East Walnut Street in Rich Hill.
