Bates County Sheriff’s Office Searching for Missing Person
On October 23, 2017 at approximately 3:00 p.m. the Bates County Sheriff’s Office took a report of a missing person.
William “Bill” Friend (DOB 5/7/47) was last seen on October 22nd at approximately 9:00 p.m. leaving a gas station in Rich Hill, MO. He headed east on B highway. He was driving a black, single cab, Dodge pickup with a license plate of 7KG606.
