Electric City Downtown Butler Main Street Basics: This organization started with an affiliate grant provided by Missouri Main Street and started a little over 1.5 years ago. Their sole purpose is to strengthen the center of the Butler community by creating a positive image through revitalizing and preserving Butler’s downtown.
