Halloween 2017: Butler Chamber of Commerce Hosts Costume Contest and Trunk or Treat/October 31 The Butler Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Halloween Costume Contest for all ages and a Trunk or Treat for those 15 years or younger on Tuesday, October 31st on the Butler Square. The Costume Contest will begin at 5pm at the Bandstand. Participants will check in at the Bandstand between 5pm and 5:30pm.
