Bates County Clerk's Office Open for Absentee Voting March 31st Bates County Clerk's Office Open for Absentee Voting March 31st The Bates County Clerk’s office will be open on Saturday, March 31st from 8:00 a.m. to noon for the purpose of absentee voting.
