MoDOT Schedules Multiple Projects in Cass County Area for Spring and Summer 2018 The Missouri Department of Transportation has scheduled multiple projects in Cass County for Spring and Summer of 2018. MO A over Black Creek (located west of Archie) March 26, 2018 to August 10, 2018 This project will cause a full closure of Route A for the removal of the East Bridge and the replacement of the West Bridge.
