Cass County Resident Inducted into Missouri Auctioneers Association Hall of Fame Cass County Resident – Jason Winter – was inducted into the Missouri Auctioneers Association Hall of Fame at its convention in Kansas City on February 17th. Winter is the 43rd Hall of Fame inductee since its inception in 1980.
