Butler Fiber Internet " Talk Time" Phone Lines Open at 10 am Wednesday March 28th for Call-Ins A ½ cent sales tax will be on the ballot April 3rd. The tax will pay for fiber internet for the City of Butler. Mike Brayen, the Senior Director for Nokia USA will be the spokesman for March 28th Talk Time. Mike Brayen will be in the studios of FM-92 for questions and answers on Wednesday, March 28th.
