Butler City Council News The Butler City Council meeting was held on Tuesday March 20th. The council meeting opened with the passing of minutes, bills, and travel expenses.  Scheduled guest speakers on the agenda included Becky Clift, owner and operator of The Carpenters Cup in Butler.
