Clinton Officer Killed in the Line of Duty Clinton Police Officer Christopher Ryan Morton, age 30, was killed in the line of duty on March 6, 2018. On March 6, 2018, Three Clinton Police Officers arrived at a resident in Clinton in response to a 911 call. After arriving on scene gun shots were fired and two of the Clinton Officer were left injured.
